I cannot say enough great things about Galaxy = great service and food!  Everyone told me how good their meals were!  Perfectly set for wedding rehearsal dinner with fireplace, lovely decorations and table set ups.  Teaching staff and retired teachers have had at least 4 banquets at Galaxy.  I in turn scheduled a club banquet and found it so easy to work with your banquet staff and food was delicious that I scheduled my son's rehearsal wedding dinner at Galaxy.  A 10+ on a scale of 1-10.  Thank you for a wonderful evening.  Linda M. I felt like the Galaxy truly cared about all of the details & took a lot of time listening to me and carried out my instructions.
